A modern WMS for 3PLs, dropship brands, and ecommerce teams that ship hundreds to thousands of orders a day. Built around real warehouse workflows — not generic order software.
The problem
Picks get lost. Inventory drifts. Channels don't sync. You hire your way out until the math stops working.
A picker scans the wrong bin, an order gets stuck in limbo, and nobody finds it until QC. WareLogic Pro tracks every pick, every exception, and every audit — so nothing falls through.
On-hand counts diverge from reality, and you only notice when you can't fulfill. Guided cycle counts, location-by-location, with a clear "where you left off" trail.
Shopify, Duoplane, and Shipstation each tell you a different story. We pull them all into one ingest pipeline, with item notes, partial shipments, and re-import guards.
Picking
Split a picklist by zone, aggregate SKUs across orders, or hand a picker a single bin and walk them through it. Every mode shares the same exception flow, the same audit trail, and the same QC handoff.
Exceptions
Pickers tap a button when something's wrong — out of stock, won't scan, wrong item. Managers see the queue, walk the floor, and clear each report with one click. No silent inventory zero-outs.
Orders & QC
Shopify webhooks, Duoplane dropship POs, manual entries — all land in the same orders table, with item notes, partial shipments, and a full QC verify step before anything ships.
Integrations
Order ingestion, label generation, dropship POs, and Slack alerts — all wired in.
For your team
Built in public
Order selection actually respects what you unselect, order views are cleaner and scoped to what still needs shipping, shipments on the order page can be collapsed, the pick screen is easier to read, and the feedback form takes multiple screenshots.
Price and cost are now optional when saving a product, you can jump to Manage UPCs straight from a product's locations, the Scheduled Tasks page shows when each task last ran, and order changes made in Shopify on older orders sync reliably.
Unpaid Shopify orders are now held out of fulfillment until payment clears, order changes in Shopify (cancellations, deletions, edits, refunds) flow into the WMS automatically, and you can install and manage a store's webhooks right from its settings page — which got a cleaner redesign.
